Ambits of the definition of Serious Bodily injury in the Mines Act 1952

Can loss of a teeth or a severely lacerated lip, caused in mine accident, be termed as a Serious Bodily injury as per the Mines Act 1952 ?

If the bodily injury resulting in the enforced absence from work of the person injured for a period exceeding twenty-four hours shall be entered in a register in the prescribed form or shall be subject to the provisions of sub-section (1) or sub-section (1A), as the case may be.] will be considered as Serious Bodily injury

Thanks Sir.
Under similar circumstances, if the result is permanent disfigurement of face, then will that be a Serious Bodily injury too ?
