My husband , who had continuing been evading the court proceedings since 2010 . The cases , pending in the court set eparte in the last year. In the mean time, I would require the transcrpit of the court proceedings which would have been the evidence of his absence . Is this possible to obtain . If so, please advice me the steps to get it.

Take the certified copy of court order or complete file.. Whatever you required.

Sir,
Thank you for your reply.
But, the court website lists only last one year details that too i inadequet that it does not tell the absence of my husband.
I want to attach his continuous evading as the proof to impound his passport.

What is meant by the certificate copy and already I have the copies of court order of Dismissed divorce order and the order for MC.
With that , it is not possible to impound the passport of my husband and bring him back to INDIA..

Take your own LOCAL counsel’s help to get certified copies.
If you are confident that you can handle then go ahead.
