Property registry

i have bought a property. in which the plot number which was registererd is wrong. and all the other details are correct. i pay for plot no 1270 but by mistake plot number 1269 is mentioned in stamp paper...khaarij daakhil is already done. it is 3 years old case. now how can i do correction in my property papers...please suggest me. the seller is my uncle and he is ready to do correction
