Marriage

sir I want to know affair before marriage is crime?? chatting on social media can also crime for married women? husband also have affair before marriage but he is not told me & I also not told him at the time of marriage. nowadays he is continusoly harrassing me that as a
women I should tell him before us marriage, then when I ask same about
him he said I am boy I don't need to tell
you. now he ask for me leave his home &
daughter also . he leave his job from 1 year, I am doing job for completing our daily needs. what should I do? I am
very depressed by this routine

Dear querist,

Now affair after or before marriage is not crime, moreover statement of your husband does not stand firm as per law.

He has unconditional liabilities towards you and your daughter he can’t sit at home like this.

Talk to the elders of both the families as legal remedy will close all the hope of reconciliation.

Both of you neither committed an offence nor a wrong.

The communions are neither adultery nor rape. If the other parties are below 18, they're rapes. If the other parties are above 18 and are married, your adultery won't affect you.

But one doubt. I don't know the date with effect from which the Order of the Supreme Court comes into force.
