Non permission to attend the agm in sra scoeity

we have 264 members in sra building of 14 years old. only 40 original shareholder members are residing in the society rest of all either had the age old problems, some have passed away. in this connection legal nominee with 100% sharel holding can attend the AGM since original shareholder are residing the building is 40 out of 264 members under nominee
