Cheque bounced after registration

Hi All,

I recently purchased home in bangalore, I initially paid half of the amount  by cheque and remaining amount I paid the registration time as another cheque and the cheque number also mentioned in the sale deed. The cheque has been bounced due to mismatching signature. The seller asked me give new cheque or online translation.

But my doubt is, will the sale deed cancel in future, because I am going to give new cheque which is not mentioned in the sale deed.

Please let me know, what I should do.

Thanks in advanced

Dear querist,

You can make memorandum of understating for your future clarity and make it registered. As far as my knowledge is concerned making payment of same amount after the cheque is bounced due to mismatch will not affect the sale deed.
