No, there is no law as such. Moreover doctors are authorized to  have clinic at their residence  so that they can help people in need.

If it is your own flat, you can write a simple letter of request to society, informing them that you will be offering clinic services at your flat, as medical services are essential and larger Public interest, and you may ask them to provide that specific bar against such professional practice in larger public interest.  Also file RTI Application to District Medical Officer and get the laid down procedure if any for opening / operating clinic from your owned apartment.
