I Umesh sakhare working as assistant professor, I resigned my post 10 days ago and I am only the responsible person for my family I want suggestion how can I handle this problem what kind of action I should have to take further

As you said you resigned from your job then what you expect other will tell you what you will do next.

I have Completed as 5 years and half years in this organization as permonent faculty but due to mental torture I have resigned so suggest me the what kind action should I have to take against them .............Also suggest me labour gratuity ...
