I have filled a FIR against 12 person who attacked on me in my mobile shop.
police registered a FIR under CPC 456/18, 143, 323, 341, 504, 506, 448, 149.
they tried to murder me.
filled a complaints on 6th of September 2018.
police arrest 1 accused & another 5 are surrender, but when I signed on FIR, next minute they get bail.
after 3 days police came to my shop & written something & ask to bring eyewitness to police station.
next day I produce 3 witness.
now
please suggest what should be the next step by myself.....
