sir,
i live in Guwahati but my parents live at home in a village of Bihar .the problem is that the road before my home is always waterlogged since about 22 years. the problem is due to unavailability of sewer and also neighbours who use road as sewer for annoying purpose, i have told them that they have enough resources to make tank in their home. i have complained lots of time to mukhiya but he didn't take any action to make sewer. i ask you what i should do for this. may i get a court order against mukhiya or block for making sewer(nala) and if yes then what will be procedure.
