Counter affidavit in a petition filed by wife's lawyer has incorrrect signature of the wife. The affidavit says "signed before me on this date - lawyer" but on that date wife was not present in that city (Hyderabad). What measures can I take?

Please focus on main issue, and never get your attention distracted with such things. Once you clear main case, then as documents are permanent in nature, you can later take up the case as documents are permanent records of the court. Collect such evidence and keep it ready. Focus on issue only.

Yes, focus on the issues you need to issues and do not get distracted by incidental issues unless they touch upon the core issues.
