We are setting up our company and assigning salary structure to various grades. I would like to know, 2 things about LTA:
1) If we give 30K as Leave travel allowance and we give this money to the employee along with the salary; does it impact us in any way?
2) Can we set LTA - different amount for different salary bracket?
