Share certificate issuance to garage

My father bought a garage in 1975 with proper agreement from the builder. After many years of deliberation inspite of paying all maintainence as other members in the society we were never issued a share certificate inspite of agreement mentioning that the society will give and charges paid.We were made members of society in around 1987 and after many years of pursuance we were issued share certificate in 2004 with all due process followed in agm conducted that time.Few members with malafide interest has now put a complain with registrar to revoke our share certificate.
Please guide as to how this should be approached so that our share certificate does not get revoke , under what section of mcs or bylaw are we protected.
we have been sold garage for residential dwelling and have ration card , electricity and water conne tion seperately to us.

Garage is meant for parking of vehicle(s) and not for dwelling/ residential purposes which can not be sold.

Consult a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts, guidance and proceeding.

But now since it was already sold for residential use by builder way back in 1977 and all charges applied as other members and now some 10+ years back share certificate issued ; can this be revoked ? We have a signed and registered development agreement by the builder who is going to redevelop the plot and we are counted as a member.
