Restitution of conjugal Rights

Dear Sir
can I file RCR at place of working or is it mandatory to file it at the place of marriage
can anyone guide me

Hi 

You can file RCR in the place you got married, where your spouse resides or the last place of residing. So therefore you can file RCR where you are working rite now.

Yes you can file the case in the place where you are presently resinding.
