If a person files criminal appeal an unable to attend the court will the court issue warants on appelant??? please respond ASAP

Court may issue warrant, if the appellant is absent the appeal will be disposed of.
If court feels that matter is of such a nature that it should to result in judgment then it may proceed without appellant.
