Rte act misue by karnataka education department

Bangalore rural education department is misusing RTE Act in allotting 25% of students to private schools. when the schools reject the excess allotment then they are being threatened of legal actions against school and Management. We have already moved the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka regarding the issue. In the meanwhile, they are bending rules to get the excess students admitted to the school. Need help regarding this matter?

You have a powerful association, and you have already moved the mater with HC, when you have provided admissions upto 25% quota, inform the RED and upload the same if you have a website.   In a democracy, no one can take  law into their hands, and unless they give a notice, and enough time, and till they receive your response and conduct inquiry, no action can be taken against such institution.  The arrogant attitude amounts misuse and always reduce every thing into record in writing.

Principles of natural justice apply in all cases and this preents unilateral misuse of power..
