Hi! Thanks for the question! Keeping in mind that the bail has been rejected on merit, one thing is clear that your involvement/guilt has been established and the mud that you got yourself stuck in is thick. Still you do have an opportunity to go in for -

1- Second bail application in the High Court - putting forward an altogether different ground( You cannot put forward the same grounds for bail again) OR 

2- You can go to the Supreme Court.

In my view, the best bet that you have here is engaging a highly competent lawyer who can get you out of the mud which still looks blur. Please feel free to ask any further questions! Good Luck!
