NI Act case against a Company

I lodged a complaint under 138 NI Act against a private limited company and its director who signed and issued the cheque. This Director has expired while the case is in the court. Can another director of the Company be made accused at such stage or case can contunue against the company?

You will not be able to add the name of any other Director as an accused.

The case as filed has to continue against the Company.
