wife not allowing to meet kids

wife filled 498 a and domestic violence ND dowry case on 30th March. left both daughters 2.5 ND 4.5 yrs. she took thm forcefuly 12 days ago lieing us. now she is not letting me n ND my parents talk to
them or meet them. they have blocked my all numbers. kids are unhappy there. plz help how can I get custody of my older daughter attest. my wife is slow in mind and very short tempered. and use to beat the children for no cause ofen

So, Sir, you should Custody case under Guardianship and Ward Act.

But before filing you should be very careful while drafting the custody petition, you can add some points in "PARENTING PLAN FOR FUTURE TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILD"

So now let us understand how custody case should fight. First, you should ask the judge for interim visitation in court premises only, after getting that you should ask for Interim visitation outside the court, thereafter you should ask for a night stay at your home, then you should press for a week stay, then in the final for whole custody.
