Limitation

Dear sir

I have urchase one acre of land 20 years back. now father is no more and children are disputing for this property under PTCL

Can i request that is there any time limit for any such disputes

If the land is under your absolute possession and continuous enjoyment for more than twelve years and if your name appears in pahani and 1-B and if you pay revenue in your name, it's called adverse possession and there's no necessity for you to produce Registered Sale Deed to prove your ownership.      The sons and daughters can't trouble you.
