Complaint on use of abusive language

Where to file complaint if your husband whatsaap you messages which estates that you are a slut, your parents are involved in this act...they ask you n your sisters to do this act because of monetary benefits. Etc. Using abusive words and language.can I report it to cyber cell???

Yes you can, irrespective of the fact that he's your husband. Using derogatory language against a woman as in this case through telephonic media is cyber offence but even penal offence.

You can lodge an FIR with at the local Police Station or move the jurisdictional Magistrate for a direction to the Police for investigation and further action.
