Cr.P.C 154 IPC 1860 SEC188

If I am convicted or pay the fine in sec188 case out FIR will it affect on my future because i have some future planning regarding getting govt. job or apply for PR in canada or may be Australia. our how to get the clean chit in IPC188 case. it's my future ruined. Will i get the police clearance certificate. please tell me
