RTI section 8(1)j (privacy of personal information)

can a husband ask for the information given by his wife in his personal details to her office administration. like marital status and husband's name. if yes kindly provide the section or case law if possible. or the information will be denied in the personal information clause.

Yes you claim personal details of wife, mentioned the cause for which you need information , example any case if any going between  you people.
