Mer Bhai ki sadi July 2103 me hue thi , unki wife abhi tq 4month bhi sath nhi rhi hai.....tb bhai ne Oct.17 me Diavorce file kiya on ground of Cruelty iske jwab me unki wife ne sare member including me par false 498A case kar diya....police ne sara evidence dekhne ke bad anticipatory de diya........ab unki wife bol rhi hai ki..."kuch bhi ho jaye Diavorce paper par sign nhi krungi" mera question ye hai ki ....court kitne sal tq wait karwayegi divorce ke liye ??? please advise

There is no hard and fast rule for granting Divorce by courts. So there is no question of how much time will court take to grant divorce. Every case is settled on the merits. Hire a good senior lawyer.
