Why judges allow themselves to be treated like bafoons and have no self respect nor any concern for the genuine litigant who file contempt petion for speedy judgement ? Or they they don't care for contempt. because they don't want to take on defaulting parties due to corruption who know how to manage the contempt proceedings and judges. In our case BMC (infested with bunch of thugs) has ignored the High Court Bench order passed by the bench of two judges in 2008 and when we filed contempt petition in 2009 a single judge is taking his own time in passing an order as he is not accountable to law of country but to temtation of offer of money for delaying or dismissing well established matter. It is almost 4 months since we filed contempt petion ? Pl. suggest a recourse in such a situation.
