Regarding will

Hello, I have a question regarding a will. My husband and my mother in law are going to buy a house together. My husband will invest 60% and my mother in law will invest 40% to buy a house. So that they both will be the owner of that house. My mother in law will going to make a will in favour of my husband that in future that house will be of my husband and his family. Is it possible that in future my mother in law will change the will which is in favour of my husband and can donate/give her 40% share to somebody else? Regards

The WILL takes effect only after the death of the person making the WILL.

The WILL (whether registered/unregistered) can be revised as many times as possible before one's death.  Only the last WILL written before death will be recognised.
