Guidance for new lawyers

To all senior lawyers, kindly help us with challenges to be faced when we entered into legal profession. How can we tackle such situations? In a criminal case, there are lot of obstacles while arguing with hardcore criminal, how can we save our life?

The nuances of the legal profession; its benefits & disadvantages have to be contemplated by you prior to seeking a career as a lawyer. Of course, there will be dangers involved, especially in criminal & civil cases, particularly land disputes. Its a risky life, but with lot of hidden rewards if you are willing to undergo the risks.There's nothing called saving your life. Imagine defending an accused in a multi-crore scam. The risks involved are pretty high stake.

But if you choose the 'safe' route, corporate law may be more your cake. Being only compliances, its pretty safe & has no nitty grities at all.

Alternatively, you may choose the world of academics, which is the safest.
