Land buy, plan shows 20 ft road, but not getting that

I bought a Land in 2012. Plan shows there will be 20ft road at front by taking 10 ft from both side of the land. But same seller has sold another land adjacent to me on the same side, But seller never told him to leave 10 ft at front. So he put his wall. Now as he did not keep that 10 ft, Road will not be there till my plot. Please suggest, what I should do ?

The road is already there in plan vide which plot is sold to you.

The clooniser might have left kutchaa space for road or demaracted IT clearly or left it for metlling later.

Don’t sit idle.

Approach the colonizer/ builder/seller ASAP and ask to remove encroachment and provide you plot with road as in plan…………..

Transact under proper acknowledgment.
