False case

I have a registered company, 1of my ex
employee has filed a suit stating non payment of wages,The amount he mentioned is not correct, we have retained some of the payment but the amount he is asking for is not correct.
I have received summon today to appear on 16/2, how can I get out of case immediately
plz suggest

appear in court on date fixed and pay correct dues of him and pray to court to dismiss case being settled fully.

Visit court with copy of appointment letter, all issued salary slips pending salary slips showing payment of earned wages/bonus/leave encashment/OT/Gratuity/interest for delayed period/ deductions etc , PF slips………Form16 , correct FnF statement and pay all pending dues and close all matters….

Handover under acknowledgment…
