Power of attorney to be registered if coupled with interest.

If a Power of Attorney is coupled with interest such a document is compulsorily registrable document under the Stamp Act.

But after reading the stamp act, I cannot find the relevant section or article which states the sane.Please guide me under which Aricle above statement is true.

It is a compulsorily registrable document under the REGISTRATION ACT, and not Stamp Act.
