Regarding judgement

Respected all,

My 498a case was going on in maharastra

We got acquittal on basis of settelment but the judgement was given in marathi

my query is, is there any procedure to get the copy in english if yes than can u help me obtaining the same?

The official translation of the court judgment can be got it done from the translators usually available in the district courts with their offices along the lawyers’ chambers. Get the English translation done from them. The certificate of the correct translation will be issued by the translator that can be further notarised and used along with the certified copy of the court judgment which is in Marathi language.

It seems that there was a notification to use regional language.
