498a information

In a 498a case, gross irregularities noted in record sheet like modification etc. Is it possible to go to higher court for remedy, if so under which section.

Thank you for the reply. I may add that a petition under section 340 was filed in January 2017 but the matter was not heard. Is it possible to include that in HC petition.
