We have some two and half acres of agriculture land in my village (North Karnataka) and the land opposite our land is already occupied by houses and even people are asking for plots in my land also. We want to convert it into non agriculture land and make plots out of it and sell the same. Can someone tell me what is the procedure to be followed and who can help us in this matter and whom we can contact for these things. Please help me. Thank you so much in Advance.
