Those articles 225/226 and 227 of our Constitution is a dynamic and living documents. Its evolution, origin and genesis is not that of a newly born baby coming out from the mother;s womb, but rather, that of Darwanian theory of evolution. It takes in the past applying to the present with a view to the future.This is what I discover of our Constitution a dynamic Constitution.
