I have compromised the 498a Case and another sec 323 case againt me and my Family.
498a FIR has been quashed by High Court
323/506 FIR will also be quashed in few days
Got AB for 498a case as well as 323/506 and never got arrested
with the above background. I have to apply for renewal of passport. There is question in the Other Details section -:-
Have you ever been charged with criminal proceedings or any arrest warrant/ summon pending before a court of India?
What should I answer for this? Yes or No
Kindly help.
I don't want to mention any case related details to passport office as this may impact Visa prospects in future. Also I have not yet got the Divorce as the cooling perios of 6 months is under process.
