Court has issued an ex-parte order in the civil case against our tenant stated that we can take control of the premises. As it is an ex-parte order, what is the next steps/procedure to take possession of the premises? We want to take the premises possession through court procedure only. If we want to file any petition within how many days we need after getting the court order? Kindly help .
