Good Evening All, We have a pending civil case in AP High court from the year 1998. These days the case is yet to appear for final hearing. It is regarding an property purchased through court order. As we already won the case in the lower court, the judgement will be our side in High court. My concerns are:-
1. If the judgement is passed in our favor how we can get the copy of judgement immediately.
2. We would like to take the possession of the property immediately, what is the procedure for that.
3. Is there any procedure to evacuate the opposite party before going to take stay from Supreme court. Thanks in advance for your advice.
