A woman who is belongs to sc, married a muslim guy nd changed her name with muslim name(legally chaned , not confirmed). she has been treated as muslim girl in dat society where she came with her husband.
Now , due to property disputes in a family, she made a sc st act sec 3 nd 498a case against her mother in law ,sister in law nd on her husband with the support of husband. infact which is completely false.
now my query is she entitle to sc st in this situation where she hide her cast nd acting as muslim girl .
