My late father has a plot in co op. housing society.Letter of allotment and 7/12extract mentions area as 601.3 sq met. Where as lease deed mentions area as 591.2 sq. met. as also on plan passed by Pune munciple corporation. This error took place is long back. Now society says we should agree to the area as 591.2 sq.met, to which we are not agree, and because of this dispute society is not giving permission for expansion.Under the circumstances which document superseeds the other. and which government authority we should approach for redressel of our grivence.
