plz if any one can let me details about any ruling of Supreme court where it says that a civil judge cannot recall its own order.
Asking this because both the orders have been released in the same day.
In the first order nazir department was ordered to contact local police and go forward with eviction and again on the same day after an hour the order was recalled.
