My uncle trespassed into my property and we filed fir against him and eviction suit, now during some repair work he came and argued and there was minor quarrel, now police filed fir against me my dad and brother 324 507,427 rw34, will this effect in my gvt job if police mentions that it was civil

First you know the what LAW says on this type of situation, some one tresspassed into your property, you have right to remove the tresspasser from the property with the reasonable force. You should not sit quite and go for police station to remove tresspasser. If you want I will provide the judgment that the property title holder can use reasonable force to evict the tresspasser. No criminal action can be taken by police against you. You can show the what the LAW says to the police. even the police should not involve in civil matters. If the police closing the investigation regarding your case as Civil in Nature nothing will effect your Government job. you no need to worry.
