Regarding 138

If i have received money by committing crime, and same money i have given loan to some one and for the same amount i have received cheque now that cheque got bounced. Whether 138 proceeding is maintainable? pls anwer this question by citing judgment

A lawyer gain knowledge after devoting several years in practice. It is the question of facts. The answer is yes though simultaneously you shall also be liable for the crime committed by you. Devote some time in books also which shall sharpen your skill also.
