Regarding bail hc

My brother falsely accused of u/s IPC 406,420. He is under Judicial Custody since 30th Aug,2017. Bail application was rejected by Session court on 6th Sept,2017. Our adv. filed a bail application to HC,Jaipur.Charge sheet filed on 26th Sept,2017. 1. Is there any possibility to reject bail application? if yes, what to do? 2. The accused had not been produced before court after taking JC.Although several dates were given to produced before court.Is there any irregularity happen to us? Why accused have not been produced before court?

my apologies, JC for Judicial custody. actually I don't t know what documents were attached with bail application.
