Supreme Court of India passed judgement in Arrive Safe Society v. Union Territory of Chandigarh in order to make clarification with respect to the notification it issued on December 2016 with regard to restriction in selling liquor within NH or SH.
I want clarification that whether it allows to sale of liquor within municipal area irrespective of visibility and accessibility of liquor shop from NH or SH?
The Supreme Court after pronouncing the Judgment in the December 2016, Clarification was given by Supreme Court again on this issue.
