Warrant recall without the presence of accused

Dear Experts,

My wife filed DVC case on me and 9 of my family members. She included my uncle and aunt also whome she never seen.

The trial court issued bailable warrant on 9 respondents except me for absence in first appearance. It is very difficult for them to appear on the next adjourment as they are staying in different states. Now i am planning to ask recall of warrant refferring the judgement " Giduthuri Kesari Kumar Vs. State of Telanagna" and ask the honourable judge to give exparte orders on the 9 respondents. Can i recall the warrant without the presence of 9 respondents?

I read in the forum about judgement in case '" Ramakrishna Agencies, Guntur Vs. State of A.P"  that there is no provision in law that present of accused is required for warrant recall. Does this work? please give your sugessions. and i am unable to get the judgement copy online. Please share me if you have @ shiva.annaldas@gmail.com

Thanks in advance.
