My husband lies in US and he left me in India with fraud and went back leaving me at my parents house. I have filed 498a and dv case against him. My question is what if he denies to give me maintenance since he is in US and he might not take summons.His parents reside in chandigarh and have their own house. How difficult is it to get the maintenance executed?Can he avoid it or can I take some action if he refuses to maintain me.
