Rejoining of Indian Air Force

Dear sir, I have joined Indian Air Force as a co.batat member on 14.12.2000 in Non-Techical trade and completed my service 6.6 years as Clerk General duties. I have sought discharge on compassionate/Medical grounds of my parents. Since my childhood onwards I want to be an IAF personnel. Due to some consequences I opted discharge. Still I am eager to continue with my service. Ki dly guide me is there any provision in law for rejoining my service

Discharge you got on medical ground should not be attribute to service.
however there is no provision in DSR to rejoin once you get willing discharge on medical ground.
you can file a case for sympathetic action in AFT.
