can anyone provide any judgement for the defer of the cross examination of a particular witness till the examination of 2 witnesses....

There is no such "password" for a judgment for a vague query without relevant facts of the case.

3 eye witness .....I like to defer the cross of 1st witness until 2other eye witness examined....otherwise defence case will b exposed...@Dr. J C Vashista

What would you need judgements for? You can move an application to the court for deferring the cross-examination of the said witness and explain your reasons. Whether or not the cross examination will be deferred rests strictly upon the discretion of the learned court.
