If you have a UAN then you can get the details in passbook and yes once you request for passbook, it requires 2-3 days after which you can see the whole transaction.

Not clear on salary credit on your a/c both sides !!!!!

Apparently salalry has been processed,

Have you been supplied with salalry slip?

Ideally salary slip should be supplied before credit of salary ..........and signed by both employer and employee....

Payment of Wages Act;13A

Min. Wages central Rules; 26(3)(4)

And Standing Orders of the establishment...

What is the usual pay day of the establishment..?

Also go thru; Shops & Estbs Act of the state...............if establishment is covered by the Act.

I already post the real scenrio, the employer not settled my one and half year salary, they cheated us, for eyewash they made fake entries showing the salary is deposited in our account upto feb 2016. In the UAN passbook also.

The employer might have processed the salary but not paid, to employee.

It is unfair practise.

Scu employers might have transgressed in Inceom tax liability as well...

The employer can not create any fake entry/document in EPFO records.............

If employer has manufactured/doctored EPFO records  then it is fraud/fraudulent act...............

You have not replied to all points............

e.g;

Have you been supplied with salary slip?

 

There is no corresponce from their side, they don't even take phone calls, their phone is completely out of serice at all times
