Talathi mantri not giving 7/12 extract, form no: 2a &8a

Village: Paddhari ; Zilla: Rajkot; State: Gujarat

1. 2 NA Plot of Land in our name of Ownership. Talathi Mantri is making excuses and not giving us the present details of our NA Plot of Land. We made a written request to give us 7/12 Land Extract Copy, Form No: 2A, Form No: 8 - (Gam Namuno). He simply made excuses that he has loads of burden of work which needs to cleared after which he will be in a position to accept our written application.

2. We also made a RTI request and visited the office personally but various officer in Gram Panchayat Refused to accept our RTI request.

3. We lodged RTI through Mamlatdar Officer in Paddhari. He accepted our RTI request. However, Mamlatdar has made a written request to TALATHI Mantri to provide us with complete details of our NA plot of Land, however till date no reply.

Could someone please give direction in this matter.

if the RTI is not replied within 30 days from the date of receipt of application , file afresh application to the appellate authority citing the reason for doing so. also, attach a copy of previous rti application along with Ref.No.if being given to you.

Obviously, the talathi delaying deliberately. You need to follow up the matter with higher authorities.

Thank you for your reply. I wasnt aware of the changes taken place in RTI Rules and I will check on DOPT Website.

Dear Manubhai,

We did lodged a "Appeal" attached with our 1st RTI Application and few other necessary Doc`s. However, only Mamlatdar is accepting our application and then its fwded to Talathi Mantriji. However, we didnt get any reply from Talathi Mantriji till date.
